I got my first job in July 2020 as an ICT officer, where I currently work. While in this role, I have learned how to troubleshoot networks, Windows Server 2012, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Outlook for Emails, hardware and software troubleshooting. I am also a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).

Install and configure software and hardware

• setting up call agents with new computers and adding them to the domain

• creating emails for call agents in the exchange server

• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements

• Internet access control: allowing access to the internet to those who require it and restricting it for those who should not use it

• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies

• regular hardware maintenance such as blowing and replacement of faulty devices

• Network monitoring and addressing internet downtimes as quickly as possible and escalating to relevant persons if necessary
