Major highlights of my experience include; managing hundreds of external relations in the private sector and governments, training staff on procedures and policies to align the work-flows for future changes, reporting to a Governance, Risk and Compliance Committee for both Personal and Business Clients, developing processes to guide in infrastructure changes ahead of evolving business and regulatory requirements and ensuring the effective management of end-to-end processes and associated risks. Additionally, I always utilize my managerial expertise towards coming up with strategies that ensure portfolio growth and the smooth running of operations to meet organizational goals.
