I am an accomplished customer experience executive with more than 8 years of excellent experience achieving customer objectives and driving business development.

I have 3 years’ experience managing a 14-member Customer experience department at Navisat Telematics Limited, an Electronic Tracking Company, where I have developed a robust Customer Excellence culture through continuous engagements to motivate, mentor and coach team members to achieve more.
 

Also, I have 2 years’ experience as a customer communication executive and a further 2 years as a call center executive at KCB Bank Group which has earned me expertise in developing customer centric communications, establishing productive and lasting customer relationships and providing outstanding service and support to surpass expectations. I have excelled and have been recognized as one of the best customer experience executive, having dedicated to optimizing customer service and building strong, productive relationships with the customers.
