My name is Vivianne. With my extensive experience in the Construction Industry and sales and marketing. I am confident that I will quickly fit into the organization and deliver over and above my expected targets.

I managed to upskill my project controls skills, being on attachments as a quantity surveyor with the County government of Kakamega public works. Tasked with project mobilization, Contracts Administration, procurement and management of subcontractors, budget control, and material purchase and delivery. This resulted in the successful start of the Public Safety Centre within the programmed schedule/ program of works. 

Moreover, I have worked in various roles in previous companies such as Longhorn publishers plc and Wekoye Safi construction company where I sharpened my communication skills and customer service skills through tendering, work scheduling, site organization and documentation, site mobilization processes, staff recruitment, training and delegation, and problem-solving techniques. I ascertain these analytical skills including my business acumen skills would greatly benefit the organization.

With the detailed experience on my resume and my other qualifications, I believe in a mutual and sustainable relationship between the organization's objectives and my mission.

I have worked as a salesperson for longhorn publishers plc, Wekoye safi construction, and safi bookshop. I did my attachment with the county government of Kakamega public works
