I also have experience as a Customer Service Representative where I responded to customer inquiries, resolved complaints, maintained accurate records, processed orders, and provided product information. I possess skills in time management, communication, organization, data entry, scheduling, customer service, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and adaptability.
Education
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a focus on Statistics. This education has equipped me with a strong foundation in statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, data analysis, and probability theory. It has also developed my critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, which are essential for roles that require working with data and making data-driven decisions.
