• Coordinated baseline assessment of the citizens advance digital skills across the country
• Established a one-stop digital e-learning portal for ICT advanced training in the Authority

• Supervised the performance of the interns deployed to the Ajira Digital Programme

Regional Coordinator – Ajira Digital Programme, ICT Authority                    March 2018 – Present

• Developed workplan and training schedule for the Ajira digital programme 
• Coordinated training and mentorship to 0.2 million general public and inexperienced Kenyan youths on online work in learning institutions, Counties, Communities, and NGOs including DRC and SOS.
• Created awareness to 2 million youths in counties, communities, Universities, TVETs, other high learning institutions, and other organizations in the Nyanza region on online work.
• Delivered training and mentorship to 85,000 million citizens on ICT literacy to ensure they receive basic skills before online skills training.
• Kept tracks of records of 850,000 trainees’ details on the portal and dashboard and all the Process flow for Ajira Digital activities in the Universities
• Designed and curated Ajira digital curriculum and manual, University Partners Framework, portfolio, and dashboard using Power BI and Tableau 
• Documented the trainees ‘earnings by job category and platforms for technical committee updates
