I am a quality-driven professional with extensive experience in the banking and microfinance sectors, with focus on financial inclusion of the disadvantaged groups in the rural Kenya communities. My top-level expertise in Credit Administration, Client Service Management, Statistics and Financial Analysis, Account Management and Strategic Management, has allowed me to identify, plan, and deliver initiatives that increase profits while simultaneously reducing costs, and increasing staff productivity for the different institutions I have worked for. 

I hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Strategic Management.
