I learnt transcription, Video Captioning, Data Analysis, Annotation, Social Media Management, Content Creation, Graphic Design, and virtual assistance. I also learnt ethical ways to handle situations and people, especially clients, professionally. I gained insights on how to work with a diverse clientele.
