Duties and Responsibilities.

  • Sourcing CPA-founded tenders for audit, tax consultancy, and accounting services using various avenues such as emails, advertised tenders and quotations, and tender-founded platforms for the firm. 
  • Analyzing if the assembled tenders' requirements fit the company's specific CPA services to determine if the firm is eligible for the task stipulated in the tender. 
  • On determining the firm's eligibility for the tender, I would come up with a specific proposal for the same while adhering to the client's suggested form of presenting the proposal.
  • Gathering all of the firm's certification and documents that the tender classifies as requisitions and incorporating them in the tender proposal.
  • Coordinating and consulting with CPA professionals, the auditor, the tax consultant, and the accountant to develop a mutually beneficial proposal.
  • Drafting proposals per the specifications of the probable client and availing them of all the company's documents and certifications they need for the tender.
  • Reaching out to prospective clients for clarification on the tender requisition I was subscribing to on behalf of the company.
  • Keeping in touch with the likely clients so that I was available if they intended to seek clarification and if I wanted to follow up on the tender application.

Company / organization – Prephy Beauty and cosmetics.

Position –      Sales person

Duties and Responsibilities.

  • Selling various cosmetic brands to various customers – this entails understanding the product and selling the same to a customer in a way that will convince the customer to buy.
  • Staying alert to changes in the customer needs and responding accordingly
  • Keeping a record of daily sales to obtain an accurate position of the business at any given time.
  • Monthly Inventory taking to ensure reorder levels are maintained and restocking is done on time.
  • Monitoring current trends in the beauty industry and being conversant with them to prompt an alteration in the products that are stock piled in the shop.
  • Listening to customer complaints and responding to them accordingly.

 

Online writer and tutor

  • In addition to working as a salesperson, I wrote articles. So far I have written articles covering a wide range of topics namely, business and politics, philosophy, science, nursing and politics. 
  • Through the study pool platform, I have managed to provide tutoring for various students by availing to them necessary materials such academic based documents, past papers required to help them throughout their study process.

Duties and Responsibilities.

  • I was Keeping and maintaining records. I did this by writing down the products and their amounts coming into the department or going out.
  • Coming up with the request for quotations for office or departmental activities needs to invite the appropriate, capable suppliers to quote for the specified requirements in the quotation.
  • Sourcing suitable prospective suppliers for various requisitions per the tenders we were devising.
  • Opening and closing of quotations and tenders. I managed to participate in the advertisement process of government tenders to prospective suppliers and have them respond to the same.
  • Evaluating tenders and quotations. Upon the response of the suppliers invited to quote on government tenders, I participated in the evaluation process to determine who was most suitable to be awarded the government contracts.
  • Communicating with prospective suppliers if we needed clarification on specific areas, for example, their documentation or certification that they presented during their subscription to tenders.
  • Reception and inspection of delivered goods.
  • Processing payment for suppliers. This task required me to participate in the development of the government-supplier contract to close up the supply deal through payment.
  • Maintaining records of procurement services offered at the office. I again participated in summarizing by writing down the department’s procurement activities.
  • Adhering to procurement-founded policies in the execution of supply chain functions in a bid to eliminate instances of corruption through a conflict of interest.
