I am working at Horizon Contact Centers as a Customer Care Agent and the following are my Roles and Responsibilities:

  Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

  Following communication script when handling different topics 

 Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives 

 Seizing opportunities to up sell products when they arise

 Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by taking the extra mile 

 Keeping records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way 

 Frequently attending educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level 

 Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

At Romja M Enterprises from September 2020 to September 2022. I worked as a Recruitment and Education Team Leader. These were my roles and responsibilities:

 Recruiting and taking clients through the process of employment 

 Educating clients on how to carry themselves around in a foreign country as expected of them by the culture of that country 

 Managing clients from when they are recruited to when they travel 

 Managing clients while they are outside the country and ensuring their safe stay, decent work environment and good treatment from their employers 

 Overseeing expenditure across all operations and giving monthly expenditure reports

From February 2018 to March 2020 I worked at Inter-consumer Products ltd as a Merchandiser and the following were my roles and responsibilities: 

 Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers and stores to ensure proper execution of plans  Organizing product promotions and campaigns 

 Managing educational materials for training of product promoters 

 Managing layout of store and maintaining inventory of products 

 Gathering information on market trends and client reactions to products 

 Analyzing sales figures, reporting growth, expansion and change in markets 

From May 2016 to August 2016 I was on Industrial Attachment at the County Government of Bungoma. I was in the Department of Purchasing and Suply chain Management. These were my roles and responsibilities:

 Receiving, inspection and acceptance of materials 

 Issuance of materials across the department i.e., stationery

 Tender opening and evaluation

Education

I have a Bachelors degree from Kibabii University. It is a Bachelor of Commerce, specialised in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management. I graduated in 2018 with Second Class Honors (Lower Division)
