Tunu Carroline

My name is Carroline Tunu a student from st Paul’s University and I have completed my diploma in communication and i am yet to graduate. I am confident of the skills I have developed through my education and experience .

I have undertaken some work experience with a local channel KENYA BROADCASTING CORPORATION where I edited news. I enjoyed this valuable opportunity immensely and was able to gain an understanding of the editing process.I learnt how the process worked in terms of getting the news edited, authorised and aired.

Most importantly, this experience helped me to understand the benefit of good time management and organisational skills which are necessary due to the tight deadlines that news have to be edited and aired.I am seeking to expand and build upon them within the field of mass communication.
