I am a 25 year old female who is intrigued and interested in the marketing career. Due to my enthusiasm in marketing I have over the years been able to work under different marketing fields such as Field, Email, Event, SME, SMM marketing. I am currently focused on digital marketing and social media management whereby I have worked with different organizations such as Hospitality, FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, Tours and Travel My duties included:

• Cold calling: making follow up calls to their prospective clients in order to close deals of the services offered
• Meeting prospective clients: making personal visits to clients in order to close deals
• Customer service: attending to all their customer needs and queries both online and offline
• Looking for prospective clients: through different types of marketing
• Organize events: close deals with event collaborators in order to bring business to Stedmak
• Digital marketing: managing their social media pages in terms of posting and boosting and extensively building their online clientele through taking note of the KPIs such as insights, comments, likes and shares. In addition, manage social media campaigns that will in turn lead to engagement.
• Content creation: Coming up with creative posters and posts that keep the online clientele engaged, informed and in turn creates awareness. Some of these contents include: fliers, videos, animated posts, tags and blogs
• Social media audits: This involved write ups of digital marketing reports in order to show the performance of the digital marketing channels which in turn assisted me to develop marketing strategies that enhance improvement.
• Business Development: This involved sourcing for new business and partnership that will complement the brand and in turn be beneficial in terms of achieving company goals of brand awareness and sales.
• Marketing strategist: coming up with new ways to attract customers, conducting marketing analysis that is CRM and SWOT analysis. This was in order to be able to differentiate their type of market, know what their customers need and want and what competitors are doing. The aim of this was to effectively deliver to their customers both new and existing
• Field marketing: run door to door campaigns in order to advertise the products and services to prospective clients.
• Personal assistant: I would schedule appointments for the marketing manager and represent her in meetings with prospective clients alongside other administrative duties such as: record keeping, typing of assignments and file management.

• Create brand awareness through different marketing strategies
• Generate and manage online platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Linked In Instagram, Tiktok among others
• Offer adequate customer service to your clients through effectively and efficiently responding to their queries
• Develop marketing strategies and plans for the company this is through thorough research and conducting the required marketing analysis in order to achieve maximum profit, increasing brand awareness, customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
• Providing your clients with adequate, effective and efficient customer service
• Performing administrative duties in accordance to the company such as typing, record keeping, personal assistance and file management.
• Organize and plan digital campaigns that engage, inform, motivate and generate leads
• Identify unmet needs, goals, opportunities and challenges in the marketing aspects of the business
