COMPETENCE ACQUIRED 1.Corrective and preventative maintenance on plastic injection molds(PET) machines, (KRONES) blow molders, fillers, mixers, pasteurizers, labelers and sleevematic machines

2.Ordering spare parts.

3. Supervising external contractors to execute work within the stipulated time and in professional manner.

4. Reducing MTTR from 45 minutes to 20 minutes and increasing MTBF.

5. Reducing spare parts usage by doing root cause analyses (RCA). 

6. Knowledge and skill on PLC application and fault location on PLC automated machine.

7. Worked with proximity switches and sensors i.e. pressure switches

,capacitive sensors, inductive sensors, temperature sensors etc.

8. Motor controls i.e star delta starters, DOL starters , variable frequency/speed  drives(vfd) and soft starters.

9. Machine automation using variable frequency drives of different types ie. ABB,DANFOS, SIEMENS,POWER FLEX.

10. Design, fabrication, and installation of machine control panels. 

11. Servomotors and servo drives maintenance.

12. Knowledge on hydraulic and Pneumatic systems e.g. butterfly pneumatic valve, solenoid valve.
