I am an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, and my career objective is to apply the skills, knowledge and experience I have acquired in my volunteerworks, internship, pupillage, and associate positions to provide legal advice and strategic counsel in various areas of the law. 

1. Data Protection – drafting and reviewing privacy and data protection policies, tracking, and reviewing any new legislation relating to data protection law, writing articles for business development, representing clients at the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
2. Employment Law – drafting and reviewing employment contracts, variation agreements, policies and procedures, redundancy notices, legal opinions based on the Employment Act, legal advice to corporates on compliance with the Employment law in Kenya, tracking and reviewing any new legislation relating to employment law, negotiation, and mediation with a view to settling disputes, advising on HR policies and procedures, immigration, and occupational health and safety.
3. Dispute resolution – representing clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings and conducting negotiation proceedings.
4. Litigation – drafting of Applications, Pleadings, and other Court documents, filing of documents both at the Court Registries as well as the online platform, perusal of court files, preparation of submissions, attending court for mentions and hearings, following up on cases, preparation of legal reports and opinions.
5. Commercial Law – drafting commercial contracts such as Shareholders Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, reviewing Memorandum and Articles of Association, preparation of legal opinions on various matters, setting up of companies.
6. Corporate Secretarial – preparing compliance deliverables such as name search, company incorporation, annual returns compliance, updating changes in directorship, shareholding, and share capital.
7. Intellectual Property – registration of trademarks and patents at the Kenya Industrial Property Institute.
8. Business development - preparation and submission of tenders to various institutions and bodies leading to empanelment of the Firm as a legal service provider.
