1. Conveyancing Case Management
   Drafted, reviewed & vetted sale agreements, leases and licenses; Managed preparation, execution and 
   registration of leases in large housing projects, Conducted due diligence and offered legal advice on
   emerging issues in conveyancing and securitization. 
2.  Opinion Writing
   Conducted research and prepared legal opinions on diverse commercial matters such as registration 
   protection of intellectual property rights, commercial land matters, registration of goods with KEBS, 
   employer-employee relations amongst others.
3. Litigation Case Management
   Drafted, reviewed & filed pleadings & submissions, attended court and updated clients on various 
   commercial litigation matters and labour disputes. 
4. Registration of local & foreign companies
   Advised clients on the compliance obligations, legal risks and liaised with various registries to successfully 
   complete creation of foreign entities.
