I am a creative and business-savvy young professional with 3 years of experience in a customer service role. Proven ability to combine vision, ingenuity and strong business acumen with well-developed sales qualities to grow both set targets and referral business while adapting my focus to the immediate key performance indicators of the organization. As of the present I am looking for an organization that will demand innovation, quality and a need to stretch, from its staff.

Experience

I am currently working at Majorel Kenya as a Customer Service Representative whereby my key responsibilities were responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and through emails and chats, communicating with customers through various channels and acknowledging and resolving customer problems. Before that I worked at Eco Clubs of Kenya where I worked as a digital officer. My key responsibilities were to revitalize the CBOs visibility through its website and social media. I was to oversee design and developments of the website. Identify and track KPIs on web traffic and lead conversion funnels. Manage product lifecycle while developing a strategy for rapid growth of e-commerce. Before that I worked at Call Centre International as a customer service representative. My role was to handle specialist or escalated calls from the customers ensuring they are satisfactorily resolved. And to accurately identify problems and generate solutions, presenting balanced views and drawing reasoned conclusions. I also worked at Urithi HousingCooperative Society as a customeer servive representative. While at the co-operative my role was to ensure that once we acquired land at negotiated low prices we efficiently passed on the subsidized cost per unit to our members while ensuring a high satisfaction rating in our services.

 

Education

I acquired a Bachelor of Journalism Degree- Second Class Upper Division in 2017.I joined Unity Professional College for a certificate in computer packages in2013. I gained a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education  Kahuhia Girls High School. I started my education at St. Emma Academy for my Kenya Certificate of Primary Education
