I hold a degree in Public Relations and have previously worked for Britam as a customer service Associate as well as a contact center agent for close to 3years. I aim to always bridge the gap between the companies and their customers. Providing a solution to any given challenge is the purpose.
Experience
Previously work at Britam contact center where my main responsibilities was answering calls and responding to clients queries. This was for the medical department, life insurance department and general motor department.
Work in customer Service for the Britam in a different Branch. Main responsibilities were replying to emails and queries from all our clients.
Worked as an assistant office administrator/receptionist for Nakuru Britam office. Here my main responsibilities was all office duties such as filing, preparing reports and assisting the financial advisors where necessary.
Education
Degree from Maasai Mara University where i attained a second class upper division.
High-school was at Karima Girls,attained a B mean grade.
