I am Susan  Ndiga, i hold a Bachelor in Development studies from Mt.Kenya University . I have worked as a Customer Care Representative at Airtel Kenya  for more than 2 years , and during that time I’ve developed impeccable phone manners and an ability to politely deal with disgruntled customers and keen to details,  I am accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously, and can offer new ideas to help your company grow and surpass all goals and objectives.

My experience at Airtel Kenya, has helped me improve my leadership skills, communication skills, hone my organizational skills, and has provided me with extensive knowledge of how to up sell services and products to potential clients. I also worked at  Insta  Labs EA  And Odex  chemicals ltd as a sales person, Where I further cultivated useful customer service abilities  on a one-one basis  while improving my communication and marketing skills. 

I have worked as a customer care Executive at Airtel Kenya for more than 2 years

i have worked as a Clerical Officer at IEBC for more than 6 months.
