I am a 37yr old HR and Admin professional. I started my profession as an a personal assistant to the director at Moi university coupling up as the admissions officer and later scope expanded to exams officer due to the levels of integrity that I portrayed as I discharged my duties. 

I later moved to a Fountain Enterprise Program as the executive assistant to the MD where i diligently discharged my duties for close to 2yrs before moving to Bollore Transport And Logistics Company. BTL is an international French company that is leading in freight forwarding and warehousing & supply chain. I joined as the Personal Assistant to the managing Director but later expanded the scope to HR after full CHRP certification. 

Currently, I am working Human Resource Officer at Bollore Transport and Logistics Limited, where I handle roles such as managing the staff acquisition process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, preparing HR documentation for recruitment, promotions, appointments, and salary review, handling employee discipline and ensuring that all disciplinary procedures are fair, transparent, supporting and implementing the performance management initiatives to drive a high-performance and overseeing the maintenance of human resource files and records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.

With my experience, I believe I can succeed in the tasks allocated to me and handle my responsibilities efficiently.
