About Stephen Omondi:
As an ideal individual, I believe to be a results-driven sale professional with over 7 years of experience in micro-finance and banking product and services, also having at least 1 and half year in real estate products and other company offering essential services and products to their customer.
On my level of education, I a Diploma in Human Resource management from The Rift Valley institute of business studies which its main branch is in Nakuru county, Kenya a course taken between 2012-2013 which applies in organizational structural and enhancing proper governance, rules and regulation that ensures employees adheres to the company business conduct. On the other hand, coming up with exceptional presentation skills to help a company choose the best on the market today.
Furthermore, I have worked as a Tele sales agent and a sales specialist for several companies on micro-finance and banking sector, real estate business which has not only equipped me with the overenthusiasm as a sales person which has enhancing my capability in handling difficult customer, complain resolutions, coming up with cross-selling product enhancing company growth, development in the competitive industry which offers same products and services (Micro-finance and banking sector, real estate business, consumer goods product (Non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic products. Working as salesperson I have also manage to do best in achieving the sales target, achieving quarterly set target and number of customers set in a month.
Outside of work, I like love watching food documentaries, Animal/Nature documentary, reading novels and Motivational books from different authors, listening to motivational/educational podcast based on certain topics, like enjoying different types of food, last but not least, like going for a hike, camping.

Experience
2021 July6th-2021 December-Mogo Auto Ltd, Kenya as a Tele-sales and customer service agent. And in same institution applied for the position of a Debt and recovery agent as of January 2022-August 2022. Again, promoted as a senior sales specialist and team leader for promoting and developing new products launch which I managed to perform well in achieving the set target through managing a team 7 sales agent.
2018 August-2021 July-Platinum credit Ltd, Kenya Tele-sales and customer services agent. Maintaining customer account and making sure records are up to date. Checking client financial eligibility and credit history through sharing client details with the credit department for approval. Again, Creating complain channel for client who has difficulties in loan repayment plans by liasing with debt recovery team to help with restructuring in enhancing proper ways to satisfy customers and ensure the company gains it's reputation to maintain its own client.
