About Stephen Muriuki:

I am a Diploma trained social worker  and other related courses with more than ten (10) years experience. I have worked in several organizations including FHI360 in an Aphia plus project in Laikipia county, I have also worked with Naromoru children's fund currently child fund. In the two organization, my main duties included data collection ,analyzing and submission my main interviewee being community members. I am a trained facilitator/Trainer. I am a social person and can interact and relate with all kind of age, race and status. I believe in dialogue for facts finding and making sound decisions

Experience

I started working with the community as a volunteer social worker from 1993 for a period of six (6) months then I got interested. I got employed as untrained social worker and enrolled for a certificate and A diploma. I worked with Child fund for ten(10) years and Aphia plus project for seven(7) years.

Education

I hold a two (2 )years Social work diploma from Embu development training institute and nine (9) months Certificate from Kobujoi development institute, Both institutes has research and research methods as main subjects
