Key Functions
- Provide platform for strategy and planning for overall performance of company focusing on functional HR and Operation policies in conjunction with Japan Head Office.
- Head Liaison with Legal and Finance department for work flow and compliance.
- Talent Resourcing and Selection - Manage entire employee recruitment and selection cycle: advertisement; screening applicants, interviewing and induction, onboarding and offboarding.
- Learning and Development - Carry out learning needs analysis, prepare annual learning plans and facilitate training workshops and events.
- Culture and Engagement – Drive employee engagement and organizational culture in global multicultural organization.
- HR Service Excellence -Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and review policies.
- Performance Management -Train employees and managers on performance management framework/KPIs and coordinate annual performance evaluations.
- Employee relations and welfare management: motivation, grievance handling, reward and compensation.
- Oversee office finances and accounts (payroll, taxes, deductions NHIF, NSSF, PAYE, NITA, prepares budgets and expenditure reports).
