Roles:
- Providing technical support and assistance to end-users for digital health solutions. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
- Asset management which includes checking in of assets into the system and checking them out when assigning them to people in the office or field.
- Troubleshooting issues with network connectivity, software applications and hardware components to identify and resolve issues.
- Supporting the implementation and configuration of digital health solutions, including software and hardware installation and setup.
- Supporting cybersecurity reviews and launching simulation attacks.
- Adoption and usage of Living Goods Learning Management System including mapping users to and assigning relevant courses and monitoring.
- Adoption and usage of Living Goods dashboards.
- Support the On-boarding of new employees in every department.
- Providing end-user training and support to help users better understand and utilize digital health solutions, including software applications and hardware components, and how to use them efficiently and effectively.
- Utilization of the ticketing system – Jira.
- User application management.
- Collaborating with other members of the IT team and other departments to ensure that IT infrastructure and services are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Performing routine maintenance, updates, and repairs on computer systems, hardware, and software. This includes conducting system checks and preventative maintenance activities to ensure systems are functioning correctly.
- Keeping accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and support requests. This includes maintaining a knowledge base of common issues and their resolutions to help with future support requests.
- Recommending upgrades and enhancements to computer systems, hardware, and software to improve performance and functionality.
- Monitoring network and system performance to identify and address issues before they impact end-users.
- Vendor management.
