Sosi Eric

I am a fresh graduate from the university. I’m an energetic person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake and highly flexible to any conditions.

I worked as an IT consultant at the Huduma Kenya.

My roles consisted of: 

• Installation of PC hardware and software.
• Ensure security and privacy of networks.
• Install, configuration and manage software according to their specifications.
• Maintenance of computer hardware.
• Upgrading entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.

I worked at the ICT Department at the University.

My roles consisted of:

1. Crimping LAN Ethernet cables.
2. Diagnosing network connectivity problems and solving them.
3. Installing software at the University computer labs.
4. Installing printer driver software on a staff PC and sharing with other staffs.
5. Setting up routers and switches for installation.
6. Troubleshooting hard disk failure on a PC. 

I pursued a Degree course in Information Technology at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. I graduated on 2nd December 2022.
