I am a professional customer service representative with over two years working as a telesales personel, a receptionist,an  administrative assistant,and a customer service representative. 

I have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Swahili languages. I am a result oriented individual who can work under minimum or no supervision. 

I am conversant with the Customer Relations Management systems such as

 Microsoft dynamics 365, PowerPoint presentation,making inbound and outbound calls,and Microsoft word

An professional customer service representative with two years working experience as a customer service agent, a telesales agent and an administration assistant. I have excellent communication skills both spoken and written with high proficiency in English and Kiswahili languages.
