I am a professional customer service representative with over two years working as a telesales personel, a receptionist,an  administrative assistant,and a customer service representative. 

I have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Swahili languages. I am a result oriented individual who can work under minimum or no supervision. 

I am conversant with the Customer Relations Management systems such as

 Microsoft dynamics 365, PowerPoint presentation,making inbound and outbound calls,and Microsoft word 

Approximate rate: KSh 250 per hour
