• Leadership: In charge of the junior staff to ensure they are well informed about
our product how to sell it and how to generate income for the company through
discipline, team work, integrity, hard work and support both from me and the HQ.

Portfolio Management: build portfolio overtime by adding more business to
the branch through regular marketing drives and lead conversion rate of at
