Experience
Working as customer service representative at Call Center International. Main duty is to respond to inbound calls, texts or emails from clients and prospects. In order to ensure effective phone conversations, I ensure I master the art of communication styles and having strong communication skills has enabled me to efficiently navigate customer calls, from answering the call properly to placing caller on a hold and transferring, to closing the call on a positive note.
Worked as a personal assistant to the director of Sapri Home Decor. Assisted in office administration, monitoring negative publicity within the company and alerting the director in case of any crisis. Devised and implemented a new filing and indexing system for files, resulting in greater ease of access and a more time-efficient process.
