 I started off my career as a clerk at Core Build East Africa Limited during which time I had several roles to play on a daily basis including social media management where I was in charge of posting and keeping the company customers satisfied with quick responses to any questions, concerns and even compliments, other than that I was in charge of photocopying, scanning and arranging company documents, moreover, I was required to record and update databases in the company's computer. Soon after, I was hired by a construction company, China Road and Bridge Corporation which build the Nairobi Express Way and I was tasked with the role of data manager where I would enter daily trips into the database and exporting the to spreadsheet format. Also, I was in charge of making sure every receipt was signed and accounted for and emailed to the main office. Later on, I was promoted to Covid 19 Prevention Officer, I had to ensure that every worker was wearing a mask and would sanitize every few hours. Measuring the temperature of the workers and keeping a daily report of the worker's health was a must.

Needless to say, if you are looking for someone with strong process improvement skills I am the best candidate. Overall, due to my strong and verse background in identifying gaps and creating efficiencies, I am confident that I will be able to succeed in any role I am hired for.
