I worked in a family business where my duties and responsibilities were evaluating the needs of customers and giving appropriate recommendation, processing  sales transactions and responding to  inquiries about the product.

I pursued a course in bachelor of arts and social sciences where l studied English literature and sociology.l can use the skills learnt to perform all my duties to an examplary standard to quickly become a team member who contributes positively to the organization's objectives.
