I have worked with Mount Kenya Milk (meru Central Dairy Cooperative Union Ltd) for 3 year in Finance, sales and marketing departments. 

FINANCE (DEBTORS SECTION)

Preparing debtors analysis report and reconciliation.
Prepared daily defaulters on sales.
Following up on overdue debts.
Daily invoicing of unpaid cheques.
Order approval and appraisal.
Tracking of company's expected cheques.
Verification of all the sales orders.
Controlling of customers credit limits in the system.

SALES AND MARKETING (DIGITAL MARKETING &MARKET DATA ANALYST)
Recruiting, training and account opening for new customers.
Investigating and gathering market data and developing market opportunities.
Carrying out market activation.
Team management through, meetings to discuss Targets, Collections, Orders and challenges in the market.
Market visitation with my Team to learn and assist how they operate in the Market and ensure we maintain a good working relationship with our clients.
Managing all Agents Orders, collections, stocks and operations. This is by sending daily sales and collections report and Agent visitations to ensure they issue correct pricing to the Market and also ensure that they only engage with Mount Kenya brand only.
Mechanizing management countrywide by ensuring visibility and presence of the products and negotiating for more shelf space with Supermarkets to enhance Visibility.
Ensuring that I open up new Markets. This is by opening new Agents, new institutions and Supermarkets to increase volumes.
Merchandiser supervision (Countrywide)
Escalate complains from digital platforms to the relevant offices for resolving. 
Analyzing product and market performance and giving recommendations.
Analyzing a trend report for products and customers.
