As an eager and ambitious Customer Service Intern at the Kenya Revenue of Authority (KRA), my interest was piqued by the job advertisement by Majorel Kenya Limited for the position of Customer Service Representative. I am currently in one of the biggest government offices in Kenya in charge of revenue collection. As a Customer Service Representative, I help in collecting revenue for Nairobi County (the capital city) by calling customers and reminding them to pay for their single business permits, advertisements, land rates and issue related to wrong queries on parking.

My bachelor’s degree in International Relations from United States International Relations alongside my work experience in marketing and support services has prepared me to be an exceptional customer service representative and the perfect fit for your organization. 

In my last position, I worked as a supervisor to a catering company while being an intern at RealBiz Digital. While working as a supervisor at Lesan Catering company I worked hand in hand with my colleagues to give the best services to our customers. While being a supervisor I acquired skills such as team work, patience, good communication skills and self-control. While I was at RealBiz digital in which I worked remotely, I worked with different companies to know about the different CRM tools that they use in order to give them effective services. I acquired skills such as multitasking and I worked well with little to no supervision.  I believe that the above skills are good skills to have in a customer service representative.
