I am an energetic, ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake, or situation that I am presented with. As a graduate with one year worth of experience in IT and management, I am excellent in working with others to achieve a certain objective on time and with excellence.

• Knowledge of computers and electronics; Troubleshooting and maintenance of such technology. 
• Providing ICT support during different trainings within the Organization e.g. DEA Training held at the Complex block computer lab 
• Troubleshooting printer problems (paper jams, re-installation of corrupt drivers, etc.)  Manual configuration of internet settings on student and staff laptops.

• Skills in programming and knowledge on how various hardware, software and processor’s function. I came up with a Sales Order Processing system that was aimed at computerizing manual based systems involved in marketing.
