I am currently working as an Account Supervisor/Quality Analyst at Atlas Contact Centre In Nairobi, in this position am responsible for monitoring and evaluating the teams based on the key performance indicators (KPIs) that have been set Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams
Hire and onboard new employees
Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback
Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed
Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
Measure performance with key metrics such as call abandonment, calls waiting etc., over the past years I have gained ample experience in the field of Customer service, Insurance sales, Engineering and Data entry with various companies.
