Currently I work as a laboratory surveillance officer collecting pediatric samples for blood culture. I have worked as a laboratory mentor for more than 10  years and a teacher for eight years. I am self-driven, a planner, hardworking, ready to learn new skills, a good listener and innovative too. I have worked in ministry of health laboratories and have succeeded in implementation of quality management systems using ISO15189 and the SLMTA (Strengthening Laboratory Management Toward Accreditation) Model.
