Ruriga Kimani

My career began in the fund management industry, working as an Investment analyst where I gained a deep understanding of investments and portfolio management. After that, I transitioned to Research Analyst in investment banking, where I gained exposure to analyzing various industries and companies for potential investments.

I then moved to the insurance industry as a business analyst, where I used my analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address business issues. This role provided me with experience in managing projects, working with stakeholders, and ensuring that business objectives are aligned with technology solutions.

After several years as a business analyst, i transitioned to  a business consultant, where I continue to use my problem-solving and analytical skills to help clients improve their businesses. This role has provided me with experience in working with a variety of industries and businesses.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Kenyatta University, which provided me with a solid understanding of economic theory, financial markets, and investment management.

I have studied for the CFA program up to level 2, which is a rigorous program that provides in-depth knowledge of investment analysis and portfolio management.

I have also earned an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from the Association of Business Executives, which provided me with a broad-based understanding of business concepts and practices, including management, marketing, accounting, and strategy.
