am currently working as a credit analyst at Dexintec Kenya Limited a financial mobile app. I have been a credit analyst at Direct cash for a period of 6 months.
Previously, I worked at Nous Business Solutions Apex collection as a debt collection officer.
In my experience,  I have acquired hands-on experience and knowledge in customer support, compliance with stipulated standard operating guidelines, client complaint management, knowledge in CRM systems, and prioritizing skills with the ability to multitask under tight timescales whilst maintaining attention to detail.
