I've been with Ajenda Kenya as a Monitoring and Evaluation officers for the last 3 years. 

Main duties include :

 Communicate timely to members on monthly meetings and the venue of these meetings and also document the minutes.

Organize and implement different community activities with the aim of promoting respect for Human rights and good Governance

Assist with development of the M&E Plan for organization projects, including indicator selection, target setting, reporting, database management, and developing M&E and/ performance monitoring plans.

Lead role in overseeing data collection, collation, storage, analysis, and reporting, ensuring that data is of high quality and audit worthy

I'm a graduate of the school of social sciences from Technical University of Mombasa class of 2018 with a degree in Development studies
