I am a diligent software engineer with 1 year of intensive web development working on independent projects using Python, Django, and Angular. Field Technician - Standcare Limited (August 2018 - June 2021)
- Design, configuration, and installation of analog and digital IP CCTV systems.
- Maintaining and upgrading existing analog and digital CCTV systems by troubleshooting cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and other peripherals and hardware.
- Providing technical support to users of CCTV systems covering all software and hardware related issues.
- Planning and designing detailed schematics and site plans, and implementing and troubleshooting systems.
- Verifying designed systems and assessing installed system performance and operation by documenting customer requirements, testing protocols, and troubleshooting.

Assistant Business Systems Analyst - Cytonn Investments (July 2017 – June 2018)
- Working directly with internal and external clients to understand their needs, interpreting those needs into system requirements, then work closely with software developers to build software systems to address these needs.
- Analyzing current business processes at Cytonn and making recommendations for innovative solutions.
