Robert Ireri

I graduated with a bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Nairobi in 2017. I later joined an internship program at the county government of Embu, department of finance and Economic planning. For the six months in the program, I  gained more skills in data entry and data analysis, I participated in department project analysis, field works, and reporting, and participated in analyzing and planning of Embu county fiscal strategy paper 2021/2022, among other fieldwork activities. In addition, I have recently graduated from generation Kenya with a certificate in Digital Freelancing. The program has taught me on how to become a professional freelancer with a critical mindset and behavioral skills. I have skills in transcriptions, virtual assistant services, and video captioning. I  gained skills in handling different people from different perspectives.

I have keen attention to detail and am flexible. I am also persistent in everything I set and good at planning or organizing my time.

Well, sometimes I'm too detail-oriented and thorough, so I have to remember to hit my deadlines and balance speed too. So sometimes I need to keep on checking myself and checking my progress on the assignment ahead of me.
