My role predominantly involves providing overall leadership and guidance to the team at my branch in

 Implementing effective risk management frameworks to ensure efficient utilization of funds;
 Developing marketing strategies to enhance the bank products and services to both current and

 Implemented strategies that grew the branch’s profits from 79M in 2020 to 177m as at Dec 2022;
 Implemented robust customer service frameworks that enhanced customer satisfaction resulting in
repeat business;
 Instrumental in contributing towards loan book growth from Kes 2.7B to 3.0B as at Dec 2022;
 Collaborated with the various business functions at the branch to implement innovative sales
strategies that maximized cross selling opportunities;
 Successfully contributed to the branch’s business targets by enhancing high service delivery to

 Initiated and delivered capacity building training and mentored staff on a monthly basis for improved

My role predominantly involved driving business development functions in respect of the following
duties:

 Collaborated with the business development manager to develop marketing strategies as per
customer segments and needs;
 Collaborated with the business development manager to prepare marketing and advertisement
budgets to ensure sufficient and sustainable funding for marketing campaigns;
 Conducted extensive market research on trends in the industry, engaged with customers to identify
their needs and implemented strategies to fulfil customer demands;
 Collaborated with the Business Development manager to prepare proposals for partnership
opportunities and administered the entire process;
 Measured and reported on marketing campaigns to gain insight and conduct assessments against

My main role predominantly involved serving as the first point of contact to customers at the bank in
respect of the following:

 Leveraged the internal system to process customer transactions and issue computer generated
receipts;
 Utilized interpersonal skills when engaging with customers to provide a high level of satisfactory

 Managed customer complaints through to resolution, ensured that customers left the bank with
satisfactory solutions to their complaints;
 Assisted customers with the queries and directed them to the relevant team when they needed
additional support to banking products or services;

the end of each working day;
