My name is Fridah Muthoni Mwangi,am 31 years, for the past 4years i have been working in a SACCO.

Duties Allocated:

• Calculating and analyzing the risk ratio of clients based on their financial history.
• Assessing client’s financial status and analyzing risks and approve or reject loan requests.
• Setting up meeting with the guarantors and notifying them on loan default.
• Monitoring the progress of existing loans and maintaining updated records of loan applications and tracking outstanding debts

January 2015 to April 2016; Kamuthi Co-operative Society Limited as a Sacco Clerk/Office Assistant

Duties Allocated:

• Calculation of members' penalties, once they default payment or are engaged in late payment. 
• Verification of members' savings and collateral once they wish to borrow loans.
• Calculation of members' refund for those who wish to terminate membership. 
• Arranging files and ensuring that they are accurately recorded and writing of payment vouchers.

October 2016 to April 2017; Mogas Kenya Limited as an Admin assistant/Front office attendant

Duties Allocated:

• Receiving telephone calls and data entry.
• Receiving, directing visitors and organizing and scheduling appointment.
• Writing, distributing email, memos and letters and booking travel arrangement.
• Acting as point of contact for internal and external clients and maintaining contact list.
