My name is Richard Museve, I am 26 years old and currently am working as a customer service agent at Majorel company.

I am a hardworking young man and I believe I qualify for this position.

I have 2 years of experience working as a customer service agent.

I do set targets and goals each and every month and ensure that I achieve the goals set.

Approximate rate: KSh 300 per hour

Experience

Handing walk–in customer inquiries, and complaints and giving appropriate guidance and solutions in the shortest time possible. Other key tasks include; 

  • Ensuring print quality of Client orders by coordinating and ensuring document preparation for printing and reproduction.
  • Performing print finishing operations by cutting, perforating, numbering, binding, and trimming of Clients' documents and books.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of machines and tools by cleaning them after use to safeguard the workmanship and ensure efficiency.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the Customers while maintaining quality service.
  • Responding to general inquiries about the Company Products and services while identifying and assessing member needs to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Handled high-volume phone lines efficiently and accurately routing up to 200 customer calls each day with an overall customer satisfaction score of over 98% and a call success rate of above 90%.
  • Followed through on all Customer complaints to ensure closure within stipulated SLAs –  97% adherence to service level agreements and give progressive feedback on potential breaches of service level agreements.
  • Recognized for retaining customers by offering exceptional customer service / managing customer expectations at the Front Office.
  • Received a merit raise for strong attention to detail, exemplary customer service, and team-player attitude.
  • Recognized by the Manager as the fastest, most efficient Customer service assistant (CSA) and a great team player offering customers the best service.
  • Maintaining Office documents, ensuring zero cases of misplaced documents, quick document retrieval, and adherence to the filing system.
