- Read and recorded temperature, pulse and respiration.
- Prepared patient rooms for examination.
- Attended physical examinations with doctors to provide supplies and support.
- Compiled and filed patient paperwork.
- Supported diagnostic and technical treatment procedures such as setting up and operating special medical equipment and apparatus.
HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT
HOME BASED CARE
- Direct patients in prescribed range of motion exercises and use of artificial limbs
- Assist in transferring patients in and out of wheelchairs and adaptive equipment.
- Stock facility with necessary supplies equipment and instruments
- Perform routine tests such as urine dip stick vision and hearing tests.
