 HEALTHCARE ASSISSTANT

MBAGATHI COUNTY HOSPITAL

  • Read and recorded temperature, pulse and respiration.
  • Prepared patient rooms for examination.
  • Attended physical examinations with doctors to provide supplies and support.
  • Compiled and filed patient paperwork.
  • Supported diagnostic and technical treatment procedures such as setting up and operating special medical equipment and apparatus.

HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT

HOME BASED CARE 

  • Direct patients in prescribed range of motion exercises and use of artificial limbs
  • Assist in transferring patients in and out of wheelchairs and adaptive equipment.
  • Stock facility with necessary supplies equipment and instruments
  • Perform routine tests such as urine dip stick vision and hearing tests.
  • Completed and submitted clinical documentation in accordance with agency guidelines.
