I am a talented experienced Human Resources and administration professional with more than 10 years of extensive experience in administration and Human Resources Management in private sector , backed up with a Master Degree in Business Administration (emphasis in HR-about to graduate) and a BA in Sociology.
I believe that I have all the skills and competencies needed to achieve the assigned responsibilities.
As a dedicated and organized professional, I have a long experience working in customer service, administrative work and HR in a very busy and progressive telecommunication company.

HR and admin Specialist Responsibilities and duties:
• Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job
skills.
• Performs reference and background checks on all type of applicants.
• Create and collect standard tests for candidates' assessment.
• Maintain a proper filing system making sure that all the recruitment files and documents
are kept safe and reachable whenever they are requested.
• Assist in payroll accounting, transactions, reporting, stop payments and other operations.
• Review payroll reports and time sheets for correctness before payroll transactions.
• Ensure employees’ payroll is processed and timely.
• handle employees related issue & concern such as employees inquires , medical , life
insurance , employees entertainment activities , violation & grievance cases ,
resignation request , new recruiter arrangement and provide support to all HR
unites/sections in governorates needed, visit employees in their offices and provide
management with feedback and recommendations and follow up the pending issue, in
addition to performing social assistance task to the employees in regions.
