HR Policies& Procedures

  • Implements and enforces HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborates with hiring managers to identify staffingneeds and create job descriptions.
  • Post job vacancieson relevant job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screens resumes, conductsinterviews, and makes recommendations for hiring.

Onboarding

  • Facilitates the onboarding process for new employees, includingorientation and training.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Processes payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance and payroll departments.

Employee Relations

  • Acts as a point of contact for employee inquiriesand concerns.
  • Mediates and resolves employee disputes or conflicts fairly and consistently.

Performance Management

  • Assists in the development and implementation of performance appraisalprocesses.
  • Monitors employee performance and provides feedbackto managers.
  • Coordinates the performance evaluation process and maintains performance records.

Database Management

  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.


 

  • Manages and updates the employeehandbook and other HR-related documentation.

Training & Development

  • Identifies training needs within the firm and assists in the development of training programs.
  • Coordinates training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Tracks employee trainingand development progress.

Compliance

  • Stays informed about employment laws and regulations, ensuring the firm’s compliance.

Reporting

  • Prepares and files required HR reports and documentation.
