I have more than 5 years of experience in research and project management in a wide range of tasks and projects, all aimed at optimizing project outcomes and user experiences.

I have extensive experience in the preparation of project work plans, budgets, and time schedules for implementing various projects and designing and implementing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plans, creating data collection tools, collecting and analyzing data, and reporting results. I also have gained valuable skills in designing and conducting user research using methods such as participatory design sessions, facility/site visits, focus group discussions, benchmark studies, and usability studies for different prototypes, developing appropriate strategies, approaches, and projects designed to address user needs, experience, and other priority topics. Overall, I am well versed in the project management cycle; end-to-end.
