I'm a project manager professionally  my background is in project management, the core principles of efficiency, organization, and proactive support are central to both roles. I am adept at anticipating needs, streamlining processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of complex activities. I am a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a proven ability to contribute effectively within a fast-paced environment.

With my four years of experience as a Project Manager at the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) Kapseret, I have developed a robust skillset in organization, coordination, communication, and proactive problem-solving – qualities I believe are directly transferable and highly valuable in supporting executive leadership.
During my tenure at NG-CDF Kapseret, I was responsible for 80 number of projects. This involved managing 80 percent multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, and meticulously documenting project progress. My experience in this demanding environment has honed my ability to:
* Manage complex schedules and logistics: Effectively prioritizing tasks, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and maintaining organized records.

I attained bachelor s degree from University of Nairobi, second class and I have diploma in project planning and management from Kenya institute of management.
