With over five years of combined experience across renewable energy, procurement, and freelance consulting, I have built a versatile and results-driven career.

At Sunking Solar, where I have served as a Super Energy Officer since January 2019, I manage the full lifecycle of solar energy projects — from conducting site assessments and overseeing installations to providing post-installation technical support and maintenance. I develop strategic sales plans, conduct product demonstrations, and engage in community outreach to promote clean energy adoption. I also maintain detailed documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and project reports, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.

As a freelancer since September 2021, I have supported clients across procurement consulting and research writing. My work includes developing tailored procurement strategies, conducting supplier evaluations, monitoring KPI compliance, and preparing detailed reports. I also perform comprehensive literature reviews, synthesize research findings, and deliver high-quality written outputs under tight deadlines — demonstrating strong adaptability and client communication skills.

Earlier in my career, I completed an industrial attachment with Kisii County Government, where I supported the procurement department in processing purchase orders, managing supplier relationships, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating logistics and transportation activities. This experience grounded me in public sector procurement practices and gave me hands-on exposure to supply chain operations.Across all roles, I have demonstrated a consistent commitment to efficiency, compliance, accuracy, and continuous professional growth.

My academic background has equipped me with a strong foundation in procurement, supply chain management, and logistics operations, directly aligned with my professional career.

I hold a Diploma in Procurement and Logistics Management from Chuka University, completed between 2018 and 2022. This program provided me with comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes, supplier relationship management, inventory control, logistics coordination, and supply chain optimization. The curriculum emphasized both theoretical frameworks and practical applications, covering key areas such as contract management, procurement law and ethics, cost analysis, and warehousing operations. This qualification has been instrumental in shaping my approach to strategic sourcing, compliance, and operational efficiency across all my professional engagements.

Prior to this, I completed my Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) at Kebirigo High School between 2014 and 2017. This foundational education sharpened my analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills — competencies that continue to serve me well in research, report writing, and client-facing roles.
