Experience
In my learning years at Generation Kenya, I’ve completed a great deal of coursework on customer care service and best practices, where I learned and applied skills such good communication, active listening, time management, and handling of a large variety of customers exhibiting different emotional needs.
In addition, I spent the past one year working with BFREE Africa as a customer care representative. This has taught me the importance of building a convenient and memorable experience that aligns with the career. It also helped me grow my skills in team collaboration, verbal communication and project leadership.

I studied Anthropology at The University of Nairobi which has enabled me to actively engage with people from diversified backgrounds.
