I am a highly motivated results-driven individual with a Degree in Geophysics from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). I also have a Certificate in Sales and Business Development acquired through B2B Sales training from Yusudi Sales Academy,where I learnt valuable communication and negotiation skills. During the training I was able to complete a sales insourcing project on behalf of Securex Agencies Ltd which involved contacting 330 prospects via cold calls, understanding their needs, and presenting 3 customized solutions to meet client’s needs. I was also able to generate 6 leads and forwarded them to the company for follow-ups and closing.

Accomplishments

• Made more than 60 cold calls of prospective new companies that would like to partner with  Yusudi and managed to generate 5 leads who were transferred to the company for further follow-up.
• Increased lead generation for Securex Agencies Ltd by generating 6 leads and  forwarding them to the company for follow-up and closing.
• Presented product information to 330 prospects whom I had identified their need.
• Made 267 conversations,sent 38 proposals and conducted 6 successful meetings with qualified leads.

• Collected and ensured security of 55 election materials designated for Githurai Primary polling station, Roysambu Constituency. 
• Supervised a team of 6 polling clerks  who identified 403 voters biometrically and issued 2418 stamped ballot papers.
• Participated in counting of 403 votes, tallying and announcement of provisional results at Githurai Primary polling station,Roysambu Constituency.
• Ensured safe custody of 15 entrusted documents used during the 2022 Aug 9th General Elections.

January-May 2022 | Brohurst Limited| Debt Collector

Accomplishments

• Made more than 70  calls everyday to loan defaulters and requested them to clear their loans.
• Updated the loan payment history and conversation history of 100 tickets per day.
• Escalated a total of  25 grievances of customers to my supervisor for managerial action.
• Participated in 3 team building activities where I engaged with fellow colleagues.
• Attended a total of 18 internal debt collection trainings organized by the company management.
• Recovered more than ksh.30million debt from clients who had defaulted within 1 day to 30 days.

• Applied 4 concepts of wave theory in the study of earth science.
• Understood the geological history(stratigraphy),the deposition(sedimentology) of rocks  as well as dynamics of earth (geodynamics) in 5 areas of Machakos County.
• Studied rock physics to optimize 9 imaging and reservoir characterization(fluid,porosity).
• Applied 5 concepts in petroleum geochemistry to predict oil quality in reservoir zones prior to drilling
• Applied 1 GIS-supported remote sensing (RS) technology for identifying petroleum exploration and exploitation targets.
• Constrained  field data using 5 borehole logs obtained from the ministry water and Sanitation.
• Used IPI2WIN  software to conduct resistivity- curve matching for 20 VES stations to estimate depth of aquifers at Kangonde area,Machakos County.

Accomplishments 

• Administered all the 127 questions and recorded responses on all persons who spent the night of 24/25th Aug 2019 in each of the households in my assigned Enumeration Area.
• Ensured that all the 20 necessary equipment /materials used for enumeration was available before the exercise.
• Forwarded all the  20  equipment to my Content Supervisor after the enumeration exercise.
• Attended a 7-day training prior to the enumeration exercise.

Accomplishments 

• Stamped and issued 458 ballot papers to registered voters in the 2017 August General elections
• Identified 685 voters biometrically in the 2017 October repeated presidential elections
